Also make the macro print the\nlines directly with a printf function received as an argument. To avoid\ncode duplication, detect Unicode without the preprocessor to support\nboth dual Unicode/non-Unicode binaries such as the curl tool, and tests\nwhich are always non-Unicode.\n\nAlso:\n- appveyor: show module paths for test binaries in verbose mode.\n- appveyor: fix tests to load the same OpenSSL DLLs as does the curl\n  tool.\n  Before this patch, they were loading:\n  ```\n  C:\\Windows\\SYSTEM32\\libcrypto-3-x64.dll\n  C:\\Windows\\SYSTEM32\\libssl-3-x64.dll\n  ```\n  Which may be different from those they were built against, and which\n  reside in `C:/OpenSSL-v3*/*.dll`.
