avfilter/vf_scale_cuda: describe kernel passes independently Each pass took its kernel, filter weights and planes from its position in the chain, and the sample format parameters of its kernels from the filter's input and output formats. Only the geometry came from the buffers it reads and writes. Describe every pass explicitly instead: its kernels, weights, written plane groups, source and destination buffers, and the formats it reads and writes. The fixed function and generic paths both build such a plan, and processing a frame just runs its passes in order, passing plane groups a pass does not write through from its source. This makes adding passes that do not just read the input or write the output, such as for color conversion, possible without special cases. No functional change. Assisted-By: Claude Opus 5.5
