Comments
Test for <sysexits.h> instead of specific OSes. In both Autoconf and CMake define HAVE_SYSEXITS_H iff the header is present. Move exit status constants from unix.h to portability.h and based on the macro either include <sysexits.h> or define the constants. In each test program that needs the constants instead of deciding which header to include just include portability.h, make sure config.h has been included beforehand to enable the macro test and there is no comment saying 'for "pcap-int.h"', as that's no longer the only reason. Tested to work on QNX 8.0, which does not have the header.
