Revise documentation of node/structuring commands
* doc/texinfo.texi (Chapter Structuring): Mention alternative name
"sectioning commands".  Mention that sectioning commands can separate
a document into nodes.  Do not say that a @node command is "normally"
used with a sectioning command.
(Tree Structuring): Remove example with explicit node pointers as this
exact example is also given in the "Nodes" chapter in "Node Menu
Illustration".
