translation: fix two issues in Simplified Chinese config translation
- Fix GROUP_GRAPHS: change "禁用目录图" (disable directory graph) to
  "禁用组图" (disable group graph) — the \hidegroupgraph command is
  for group graphs, not directory graphs
- Fix MATHJAX_RELPATH: correct extra indentation on <option> tag
