   * tta/C/main/document_types.h (enum collation_type_name),
   tta/C/main/manipulate_indices.c (get_sort_key, setup_collator)
   (get_collation_sorted_indices_by_index)
   (get_collation_sorted_indices_by_letter): remove the
   ctn_language_collation possibility from get_sort_key, comment out the
   collation_language code in setup_collator, use ctn_unicode collation
   for input_lang_sorting_locale in get_collation_sorted_indices_by_*
   and comment out code related to ctn_language_collation.  Comment out
   ctn_language_collation from enum collation_type_name now that it is
   not used anymore.  Add comments explaining how code could be readded
   if there was native C possibility for collation linguistic tailoring.
   
   * tta/C/main/manipulate_indices.c (INDEX_COLLATOR, destroy_collator),
   tta/C/main/call_perl_function.c: remove unused INDEX_COLLATOR coll.sv
   field and associated code, remove unused call_setup_lang_collator and
   call_collator_getSortKey.
   
   * tta/C/texi2any.c (main): do not load embedded Perl anymore if
   DOCUMENTLANGUAGE_COLLATION or COLLATION_LANGUAGE are set.
   
   * NEWS, doc/texinfo.texi (Printing Indices & Menus)
   (Setting the language, Global Customization Variables): update,
   put documentation related to COLLATION_LANGUAGE and
   DOCUMENTLANGUAGE_COLLATION in @ignore.
   
   * tta/tests/other/list-of-tests: comment out all the tests related to
   collation linguistic tailoring.
