   * tta/perl/Texinfo/Indices.pm (Texinfo::CollateStub::getSortKey): Call utf8::encode on output in order to avoid "Wide character" error on Red Hat Linux, Rocky Linux and CentOS, when Unicode::Collate is not installed.
