   * tta/perl/Texinfo/Convert/LaTeX.pm (_convert): use code based on \ifinner and on Texinfo TeX code for @* in LaTeX to handle all the cases in internal horizontal or vertical mode, in particular in page headings.  Based on Gavin code.
