   * tta/perl/t/test_utils.pl (test), tta/perl/texi2any.pl: if XS_structuring is not set (with TEXINFO_XS_STRUCTURE=0), rebuild every information associated to the document before calling structuring code, such that no flags of modified structure in C are set and XS code called to get document structures directly returns the Perl data. Report from Gavin.
