* tta/C/convert/html_prepare_converter.c
(html_initialize_output_state), tta/perl/Texinfo/Convert/HTML.pm
(conversion_initialization): set USE_ACCESSKEY automatically if undef
only if split at node, as with other split options, there could
be accesskey attributes with different targets.
