   * tta/C/convert/converter.c (copy_command_option_value_option) (command_init, set_global_document_commands): use COMMAND_OPTION_VALUE as return value of command_init.  Add copy_command_option_value_option.  Remove new_option_value and get_command_option_value_option.
   * tta/perl/Texinfo/Convert/Converter.pm (_command_init): simplify code
   and make clearer that it does the same as C code.
