   Special index tag in Info for "Index" in node names and no printindex
   * tta/C/convert/convert_to_plaintext.c (info_cache_node_names),
   tta/perl/Texinfo/Convert/PlaintextNonXS.pm (_cache_node_names): add an
   argument asking to determine if there is at least one node name with
   the "Index" string, and if so return 1.
   
   * tta/C/convert/convert_to_info.c (info_output),
   tta/perl/Texinfo/Convert/InfoNonXS.pm (output): if there is no
   @printindex for an Info file and Index happens in a node name, as
   determined by a call to info_cache_node_names, add an Index: tag with
   name _ at byte 0 such that an Info reader knowing about the Index: tag
   can infer that the processor doing the Info file is recent enough and
   only Index: tags should be used to determine printed indices
   locations, such that nodes with "Index" in their name are not
   considered to actually be nodes with printed indices.

   tta/perl/t/test_files_generated_list.txt: add test with Index in node
   name but no @printindex.
