   * tta/perl/Texinfo/Config.pm (texinfo_set_from_init_file) (GNUT_set_from_cmdline, GNUT_set_customization_default): remove _GNUT_map_obsolete_options and call to _GNUT_map_obsolete_options.  It has only ever been used for one variable, it is not done in C, and there is no need for something generic, backward compatibility can be setup for each customization option.
   * tta/C/convert/converter.c: add missing include.
