   fix "make distcheck" with TEXINFO_XS=required.
   * Pod-Simple-Texinfo/Makefile.am (AM_TESTS_ENVIRONMENT):
   Set t2a_srcdir and t2a_builddir as is done in tta/tests/Makefile.am.
   Otherwise the tests fail under TEXINFO_XS=required.
