   enumeratetest: Add a new test program.
   The purpose of filtertest.c is to process one filter expression/program
   using the same set of functions and the purpose of translatetest.c is to
   process a single invocation of a function; both programs return the test
   result(s) no matter whether successful or not, so tests that invoke a
   function over a range of arguments and return successful results only
   need a separate test program.
   
   Add such a program, move enumerate_bpf_image() there and rewrite it as a
   few functions using strncmp(3) instead of strstr(3).  In TESTrun
   implement a new group of tests using the new program.

   Return more useful strings from pcap_statustostr().
   In libpcap API return status 0 means success, so return "Success", not
   "Unknown error: 0".  Also describe unknown warnings as such, not as
   unknown errors.  Update the tests and the man page.
