   doc: Clarify that the minimum needed GCC version is 4.4.
   Rationale: With GCC version 4.1.2 or 4.2.1, all tree-sitter based extractors
   in xgettext crash at runtime when compiled with optimization. Whereas
   GCC 4.4.7 works fine.
