   avfilter/vf_hqdn3d: Remove unnecessary emms_c()
   Added in e995cf1bccc6e91bbaa6a8771e23fb3ab259c110,
   yet this filter does not have any dsp function using MMX:
   it only has generic x86 assembly, no SIMD at all,
   so this emms_c() was always unnecessary.
