   u8_strset: rename and mask
   Move `uint-hashset.[ch]` to `u8_strset.[ch]` for clarity.
   
   Add `uint8_t slotmask` in struct to keep precomputed mask
   instead of array lookups.
   
   New member fits in "hole", struct size stays unchanged.

   When more than 128 notifications have queued up, e.g. more than one
   chunk is used, the iteration never reaches the second chunk and leaks
   its and subsequent chunks memory.
