   ssl: dedup ssl_fsslctx
   The members fsslctx(p) in `struct ssl_config_data` were only set on
   `data->set.ssl` and never on `data->set.proxy_ssl`, yet were used from
   the first one in all TLS filters that support it.
   
   Move the callback and its userdata outside the config struct, since we
   need it only once.

   libssh2: match hashed known_hosts entries by host
   libssh2 does not expose the plaintext name for hashed entries. Check
   each entry key against the requested hostname before using its key type.
   Otherwise an unrelated hashed entry can select the wrong algorithm.
   
   Add an SFTP regression test 3500 with an unrelated hashed entry before
   the requested host.
