   To prevent it getting trigged by proxies until we get a header callback
   that gives us this information.

   They were brought by 20f9dd6bae but were unfortunately degraded over
   time. Only clone the original properties if the new file has the same
   uid and gid.

   openssl: use non-deprecated API for MD5/MD4
   Rework MD4 and MD5 code to use the modern `EVP_Digest_*()` API,
   replacing the deprecated `MD4_*()` and `MD5_*()` ones. It allows to use
   these OpenSSL crypto primitives with OpenSSL built with the
   `no-deprecated` option.
