   - Amend --retry explanation of Retry-After and copy it to --retry-delay.
   
   This change clarifies that the server's Retry-After header can override
   the retry delay by putting it quite bluntly: "That means the server can
   override the retry delay." It also adds that unexpectedly long retry
   delays from the server can be handled by setting --retry-max-time.

   Renegotiation can enter handshake step 2 without buffered input, causing
   a zero-size allocation that trips curl's debug allocator assertion.
   Allow this valid empty-token case without changing the logical SSPI
