   Keep the version underscored on `OPENLDAP_VERSION`. Convert to dot on
   download. Found no way to convert it in cache key, therefore that
   changes to use underscores with this patch.

   cookie: accept and ignore values for 'secure' and 'httponly'
   They are supposed to be plain `secure` and `httponly` (without any
   following equals sign) but with this change, variations with
   `secure=[value]` and `httponly=[value]` are accepted and the value to
   the right of the equals sign is ignored.
   
   Possibly supported by RFC 6265 section 5.2.5 and 5.2.6.
   
   curl used to accept this format in the past.
   
   Verified in test 31 and 414.

   Change ngtcp2 stream userdata from the transfer to the h3_stream_ctx and
   lookup the transfer at the multi's table. This replaces hash lookups
   with table lookups which are faster.
