   KNOWN_BUGS: widen the aws-sigv4 payload hash entry
   The entry names multipart/form-data only, so someone hitting the same
   bug on a -T upload will not find it. The defect is not specific to mime:
   calc_payload_hash() (lib/http_aws_sigv4.c:574) hashes only
   data->set.postfields, which is NULL for both HTTPREQ_POST_MIME and a
   HTTPREQ_PUT fed from a file. post_data_len then stays 0 and
   Curl_sha256it() is called with (NULL, 0), so the signature is computed
   over SHA256("").
