   http2: init some callbacks for HTTP/2 push easy handles
   - Copy some options from the parent to the new handle for better
     compatibility with the previous behaviour.
   
   The push handle now inherits these options from the parent easy handle:
   
   CURLOPT_WRITEFUNCTION(3), CURLOPT_WRITEDATA(3),
   CURLOPT_HEADERFUNCTION(3), CURLOPT_HEADERDATA(3),
   CURLOPT_DEBUGFUNCTION(3), CURLOPT_DEBUGDATA(3),
   CURLOPT_PROGRESSFUNCTION(3), CURLOPT_XFERINFOFUNCTION(3),
   CURLOPT_PROGRESSDATA(3) and CURLOPT_XFERINFODATA(3).
   
   Background:
   
   HTTP/2 push easy handles used to inherit *all* options from the parent
   handle (via curl_easy_duphandle) which ran into trouble in various
   things that push handles should *not* inherit.
   
   8.22 changed the duplication to a new easy handle, but forgot to
   copy over some callback functions and data that are essential for
   applications and can run into trouble when only partially overwritten
   by the push callback.

   openssl: fix OpenSSL v4.1 no-deprecated build
   - Replace calls to ASN1_STRING_length with ASN1_STRING_get_length.
   
   - For versions of OpenSSL < 4.1, add a wrapper function
     ASN1_STRING_get_length that calls ASN1_STRING_length.
   
   `ASN1_STRING_length` has been replaced by `ASN1_STRING_get_length` in
   the OpenSSL v4.1 API, which now returns `size_t` instead of `int`.
