There remains one mingw32 job, which is still useful to reveal Windows

    GHA/macos: add workaround to pass OS target version in GCC cmake jobs
CMake tries and incorrectly fails to detect that GCC supports the
`-mmacosx-version-min=` option. This results in missing to automatically
forward the `CMAKE_OSX_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET` value.

Pass it manually as a workaround. Note that no GCC CI job is passing an
OS target version at the moment. The issue came up in a temporary test
job. Merge it just in case and to sync with curl-for-win.

As of current latest CMake 4.4.3:

(It also incorrectly fails to detect `-isysroot` support.)

The reason for the mis-undetection is that CMake is using the
`gcc -v --help` command to list available options, then checking for
exit code and the output for the strings, but the exit code is `1`, and
thus considered a failure, even though the strings are present.
The failure comes from:

ld: unknown options: --help collect2: error: ld returned
1 exit status
```

Turns out this was fixed in CMake master 4 days ago:

    apple: sync up version guard macro style
- lib/vtls/apple: use double underscores for `MAC_OS_X_VERSION_*` macros
  to sync with rest of code.
  The difference (if any) is undocumented and muddy. iPhone/TV/etc OS
  macros only come in `__`-prefixed flavor; use it for all.
- lib/vtls/apple: use irregular indent to match rest of code.
  (and to improve readability)
- lib/vtls/apple: use irregular `\` alignment to match rest of code.
- lib: drop parentheses to match lib/vtls/apple.

    socketpair: use `pipe2()` on Apple OSes (requires SDK 27)
`pipe2()` became available with Apple OS 27. It requires SDK 27 to build
for. Use it in curl unconditionally if targeting 27+, and use it
dynamically otherwise if the runtime environment supports it.

Also:
- GHA/macos: enable the latter, common use-case in CI.
- Tested all combinations in temporary CI runs.

    cmake/Find*: drop deprecated compatibility config variables
If you use these variables, replace them like so:
- `MBEDTLS_INCLUDE_DIRS` -> `MBEDTLS_INCLUDE_DIR`
- `WolfSSL_INCLUDE_DIR`  -> `WOLFSSL_INCLUDE_DIR`
- `WolfSSL_LIBRARY`      -> `WOLFSSL_LIBRARY`
- `Zstd_INCLUDE_DIR`     -> `ZSTD_INCLUDE_DIR`

    GHA/windows: install Python for Cygwin tests
To avoid "python missing" errors and running DICT and telnet tests instead.

It needs to install 2 extra packages:

    ftpserver.pl: fix warnings when running test 804
A recent patch introduced a test using an irregular IMAP folder, which
isn't the test number, but a string, causing a Perl warning.

    test2072: enable on Cygwin/MSYS2
Replace custom Perl precheck logic with `!win32`, to let it run on
Cygwin/MSYS2, which behave as Unix.

Also drop the redundant MS-DOS filter.

    GHA/windows: install Python for a MSYS2/mingw job
To enable 3 runtests (DICT, telnet).

Keep it limited because the Python dependency is large. (MSYS2: 2
packages, 180MB installed. mingw: 15 packages, 280MB installed.)

dl-mingw and MSVC jobs find the system Python due to using MSYS2 with
`path-type: inherit`. Enabling it for MSYS2 jobs confuses autotools, so
instead of doing this, install python manually. Make sure to use the
mingw build to avoid this silent fallout:
