    imap: close the connection on premature done instead of finalizing
A premature done() no longer sends the APPEND terminator; it marks the
connection for closure like the error path does.

    connect: keep IP info and connect time when connect fails
When the connect timeout triggers during the TLS handshake, the transfer
reports no remote_ip, local_ip or time_connect even though TCP was
connected. The same happens when the TLS handshake fails.

The IP info is only stored once the whole filter chain is connected,
and since 23386872d1 the connect timeout is handled in multi.c before
the connect code gets to report anything. Let the filters that did
connect report their info and stats when the chain fails.

Test 5029 and 5030 verify.

Curl_conn_send() now returns CURLE_SEND_ERROR when a filter sets
*pnwritten above the given length, instead of passing the bogus count up.

    url: CURLOPT_INTERFACE fix connection reuse match
Remember the full option string at the connection for use in reuse
matching and cf-socket binding.

Parse the string when set for syntax check, but remember the unparsed
version and use that in connection matching.

Parse that string again when the socket is set up.

    mbedtls: pass correct length for PEM/DER key blobs to mbedtls_pk_parse_key
`curlx_memdup0()` returns the key blob NUL-terminated with a total
length of `blob->len + 1`, but `mbedtls_pk_parse_key()` was called with
the original `blob->len`, which excludes the terminator. For a PEM key,
`mbedtls_pk_parse_key()` requires the terminator to be within the given
length (every PEM path is guarded by a check that `key[keylen - 1]` is
`'\0'`), so parsing always failed with
`MBEDTLS_ERR_PK_KEY_INVALID_FORMAT` (-0x3D00) and client auth via
`CURLOPT_SSLKEY_BLOB` never worked on mbedTLS.

However, the terminator must only be counted in for PEM: the DER parsers
require the exact length and reject a key with the trailing NUL counted
in with `MBEDTLS_ERR_ASN1_LENGTH_MISMATCH` (-0x1600). The PKCS#1/SEC1
fallback parsers cannot reinterpret a PKCS#8 wrapper, so passing
`blob->len + 1` unconditionally makes all DER key blobs fail.

Make the length conditional on `CURLOPT_SSLKEYTYPE`: PEM (the default)
keeps the terminator counted in, explicit DER passes the exact blob
length, matching the DER handling of the CA and client-cert blob paths.
