   tests: add test cases for --styled-output
   The bold header names and the Location: hyperlink were not covered by
   any test case, since the test suite could not make curl believe that the
   output goes to a terminal in the header callback.
   
   Make the debug-only CURL_ISATTY environment variable set the tool-wide
   isatty flag when the transfer is created, instead of only affecting the
   binary output check in the write callback. The write callback already
   uses that flag.
   
   Test 1425 and 1426 use CURL_ISATTY to check the binary output
   protection, so they now use --no-styled-output to keep their output
   plain.
   
   The styled test does not run on Windows, where curl only uses styled
   output when stdout is a console with virtual terminal processing enabled
   and never writes the hyperlinks. It sets VTE_VERSION so that the
   hyperlink is written regardless of the terminal running the tests.

   mime: bound Curl_mime_prepare_headers() recursion depth
   The request-preparation path recursed once per nested multipart level
   with no depth limit, so a deeply nested mime tree built by the
   application exhausted the stack inside curl_easy_perform().
   
   Thread a call_depth counter through the internal helper, bounded by
   MAX_MIME_LEVELS. Deep trees now fail header preparation with
   CURLE_TOO_LARGE instead of crashing.
   
   Since header preparation always precedes the read paths, the depth
   checks in the mime read functions become redundant and are removed.
   
   Verify with test 3596: deeply nested mime trees fail with
   CURLE_TOO_LARGE instead of exhausting the stack.
