   unit1664: add workaround for VS2019 16.3 - VS2022 17.4 x64 miscompile
   It affects `_MSC_VER >= 1923 && _MSC_VER <= 1934`, combined with `-O1`
   or `-O2`, and inlining reduced via `-Ob0` or `-Ob1` (CMake
   RelWithDebInfo config). Also with `-O2 -Ob2` (CMake Release config), in
   curl `units.exe` context.
   
   Introduced in: Visual Studio 2019 v16.3 (~2019-09-23)
   Fixed in: Visual Studio 2022 v17.5 (~2023-02-21)
